Technology that transforms hospitality

I build technology ecosystems that make five-star properties operate, and feel, like the future. My career has taken me from the Mediterranean coast of Egypt to the skyline of Dubai to the shores of Bermuda, always at the intersection of luxury hospitality and enterprise technology leadership.

At Fairmont Southampton, I am leading the complete ground-up technology build-out for the reopening of a landmark 593-room resort, designing and delivering every system from network infrastructure and enterprise Wi-Fi to IPTV, digital signage, guest communications technology, and all operational platforms.

My philosophy: technology is not a cost centre. It is the invisible architecture of an extraordinary guest experience. I translate business vision into scalable systems, lead multi-vendor programmes with precision, and build teams that sustain excellence long after go-live.
