At Fairmont Southampton, I am leading the complete ground-up technology build-out for the reopening of a landmark 593-room resort, designing and delivering every system from network infrastructure and enterprise Wi-Fi to IPTV, digital signage, guest communications technology, and all operational platforms.
My philosophy: technology is not a cost centre. It is the invisible architecture of an extraordinary guest experience. I translate business vision into scalable systems, lead multi-vendor programmes with precision, and build teams that sustain excellence long after go-live.
